Five affirmations for pregnancy

Pregnancy can be a roller coaster, from the physical changes and sensations, to the mood swings and emotions that we experience thanks to all of the hormones coursing through our bodies. 

It can be useful to have affirmations to help you stay positive and focused throughout all of these changes. Here are five that I think are most powerful. 

  1. My body was designed to do this.
  2. I embrace the changes in my body.
  3. My body knows how to protect and care for my baby during pregnancy.
  4. I am happy, healthy and pregnant.
  5. Nothing lasts forever, and this too shall pass.
